To connect your Apple Watch device to Optimity, please follow the next steps:
Apple Watch does not have a direct integration. Optimity pulls data from Apple Health and not the Watch itself. Steps from the Apple Watch are synced automatically to Apple Health and then to Optimity.
1. Connect your Apple Watch to your iPhone
In order to connect your Apple Watch to your iPhone you can follow the steps that are outlined in the following article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204505
2. Connect your Apple Health app to Optimity
From the Optimity Home page, please follow the next steps:
2.1 Tap on your profile icon
2.2 Tap on Integrations
2.3 Tap on the button next to the Apple Health icon in order to enable the Apple health integrations
3. Ensure you are allowing Optimity to read your step data
3.1 Open the Health app.
3.2 Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner .
3.3 Scroll down to Privacy, then tap Apps or Devices.
3.4 Scroll down and tap on Optimity
3.5 Ensure that "Steps" and "Workouts" are enabled
4. Ensure that your Watch has the highest priority in Apple Health's steps data sources
Here's how to choose the sources that Health uses first:
4.1 Open the Health app, then tap the Browse tab.
4.2 Tap a category, then tap a subcategory.
4.3 Scroll down, then tap Data Sources & Access.
4.3 Tap Edit.
4.4 Touch and hold the Change Order button next to a data source, then drag it up or down in the list.
4.5 To turn off a data source so that it doesn't contribute any more data for that category, tap the checkmark next to the source.
4.6 Tap Done.
If multiple sources contribute the same data type, then the data source at the top will take priority over other sources. Any new apps or devices that you add go to the top of the list automatically, above your iPhone or iPod touch.
