Hello! In this article, we'll be covering what steps to take if your device isn't updating certain metrics that contribute to your Optimity Health Grade™:
If you’re not seeing your latest stats show up in the app, just reach out to us and we’ll work with you to make things work properly. Your Health Grade™ isn’t designed to change every day so don’t be surprised if nothing changes for a week or more. Many of the sub-grades need a week or longer to get the right view of how you’re doing.
If you don't have a device that measures parameters such as heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), oxygen saturation (spO2), and maximal oxygen consumption (VO2 max) among others, not to worry, those metrics are completely optional and your Health Grade can be calculated with equivalent accuracy without them.
