Your Optimity Health Grade™ doesn’t give you gems by itself but you will get gems for completing your step goals and quizzes. You’ll also get gems for our Journeys.

The best reward of the Health Grade™ is that you’ll have a free and private view of your overall health. The Health Grade™ and sub-scores are tools to provide wellness awareness and a point of reference for your physical improvement throughout your Optimity experience.
