What are activity challenges?
Activity challenges feature a variety of physical activities you can perform to complete the challenge. For example, the Strengthen Up Challenge features stretches like shoulder shrugs and standing hamstring stretches, as well as exercises like bicycle crunches and lateral lunges. You are led by a set of instructions and a timer to complete each exercise.
How do I win an activity challenge?
You can track your progress in the leaderboard as you complete the activities outlined by the challenge. The goal is to reach the targeted number of minutes or activities in order to complete the challenge. Once you’ve completed the challenge, you’ll receive your Challenge Completion Bonus!
