How do I update my app?

You can follow the next steps to update your Optimity app: 

If you have an Android: 

Update Android apps manually

• Open the Google Play Store app .

• Tap Menu My apps & games.

• Apps with an update available are labeled "Update." You can also search for a specific app.

• Tap Update.

If you have a iPhone:

How to manually update apps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

• Open the App Store.

• Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.

• Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to the Optimity app. 

Note: The Optimity app is currently only available in the Canadian and USA Apple store, Google play store and Galaxy store. If your location information is set to another country, that may be why you are unable to update the app.
