We have a couple of troubleshooting actions you can perform:
Ensure you are allowing Optimity to read your step data
- Open the Health app.
- Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner
. - Scroll down to Privacy, then tap Apps or Devices.
- Scroll down and tap on Optimity
- Ensure that "Steps" and "Workouts" are enabled
If the problem still persists after these steps, please send us a screenshot of your Apple Health weekly step breakdown and we can get one of our engineers to loop into this issue.

My Apple Health app is not connecting/syncing with my Optimity. I have taken several screenshots as the help area suggests I do and send them into support, but I cannot find support where I can send these screenshots
I tried support through the app and never received a reply so I’m trying here. I have used Optimity since its creation and have well over a 100k in gems! Please help fix this issue
This is also happening to me. It aaa working fine earlier today. I can’t do the Daily Activities either.
I am also having this issue. I receive the following message "Step sync failed, uneable to fetch steps from Apple Health" It worked Sunday morning but stopped working Sunday evening, Jun 9. Iti is still not working early Monday morning
Same problem with me. Suddenly can not syn step with apple health
