We have a couple of troubleshooting steps to help with this:
Logging out of your Fitbit account before trying to re-connect
1. From your phone, can you access the following link: https://accounts.fitbit.com/logout
2. This should log you out from your account.
3. Open your Optimity app
4. Try to connect your Fitbit using your account information into the Optimity app
Revoking access to Optimity before trying to re-connect
1. Go to Fitbit.com and log into your account
2. Go to My Dashboard
3. Go to Settings
4. Go to Applications
5. Revoke Access to Optimity
After you are done with these steps, you can reconnect to your Optimity account:
1. Tap on your profile icon
2. Tap on Integrations
3. Connect your Fitbit to your Optimity account

I really liked reporting my steps each week. I still do 10000 steps a day.
